Not So Pro Beach Volleyball Tour

All participants that play in any Not So Pro tournament or sports league are required to sign an online waiver. This waiver is attached to each players unique User ID, and is valid for the twelve months ended December 31, 2007. Teams with incomplete waivers may be restricted from playing until all their waivers have been signed.

When a team captain registers a team, all players on the roster will have a User ID automatically generated if they don't already have one. This User ID will also have the waiver that needs to be signed. If a player has already signed a waiver from a prior session in the same calendar year, they do not need to sign another one.

TO CREATE USER ID

1. At the User Login page in the NSP Database, select 'Option 3 - I have never received a USER ID# and PASSWORD. Give me one now.'

2. Fill in all information and click on 'Register' at the bottom of the screen.

GET USER ID AND/OR PASSWORD

1. At the User Login page in the NSP Database, select 'Option 2 - I have forgotten my USER ID# and/or my PASSWORD. Tell me what they are.'

2. Follow directions on screen to have your information sent to your e-mail address.

TO UPDATE INFORMATION

1. Login to the NSP Database with your User ID and Password (Option 1). If you don't know your User ID and/or Password, click here.

3. Select 'Modify/Review Personal Profile'

4. Update Information (Phone Number, e-mail address, etc.)

5. When information is completed, click on 'Update Profile' at bottom of page.

TO SIGN WAIVER

1. Login to the NSP Database with your User ID and Password (Option 1). If you don't know your User ID and/or Password, click here

2. Select 'Sign/Review Waivers'

3. Under Waivers to be Signed, click 'Review & Sign Waiver'

4. Read and sign waiver.
