If your personal contact information has changed, or if you haven't created a User ID, ou can do so through our registration database (all changes to the database are done through a secured server, so all information is protected).

TO CREATE USER ID

1. At the User Login page in the NSP Database, select 'Option 3 - I have never received a USER ID# and PASSWORD. Give me one now.'

2. Fill in all information and click on 'Register' at the bottom of the screen.

GET USER ID AND/OR PASSWORD

1. At the User Login page in the NSP Database, select 'Option 2 - I have forgotten my USER ID# and/or my PASSWORD. Tell me what they are.'

2. Follow directions on screen to have your information sent to your e-mail address.

TO UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Login to the NSP Database with your User ID and Password (Option 1). If you don't know your User ID and/or Password, click here.

3. Select 'Modify/Review Personal Profile'

4. Update Information (Phone Number, e-mail address, etc.)

5. When information is completed, click on 'Update Profile' at bottom of page.
