For all trips
purchased through Skican, you may choose to purchase Insurance. Trip Cancellation
Insurance protects your payments in the event you have to cancel your
vacation because of a medical emergency or other insured reason that makes
it impossible to complete your vacation. The Comprehensive Coverage provides protection before and during your vacation for medical
emergencies.
For
either Trip Cancellation or Comprehensive Insurance, you MUST purchase the
insurance at the time of your booking.

to explain all the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions
contained in your Certificate of Insurance. You are covered the moment you
purchase your insurance.
TRIP

Extension of Coverage - These coverages are only available to Canadian
residents with a provincial health plan in place. There is a plan
available for U.S. residents. Please ask your Skican representative for

* For US residents and travellers not
covered under a Canadian Government Health Insurance Plan, coverage is
limited to in-hospital expensesup to $10,000. Subject to pre-existing
medical conditions and age limits.
